FOLLOW THIS STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PURCHASING TICKETS
Only one ticket can be purchased in each purchasing process.
1. CHOOSE A TICKET TYPE
Choose if you represent an Educational Centre or a General attendee (company, association, Public Administration, freelance, others.)
2. REGISTRATION FORM
Fill in the registration form with the attendant’s information, register to 2 workshops or choose not to do it if you’re not interested and the ticket billing information. Accept terms and conditions and continue the process.
3. PURCHASING ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Please review your order and confirm the payment.
4. PAYMENT PLATFORM
Fill in your card details and accept the payment.
5. CHECK YOUR EMAIL. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TICKET+QR AND YOUR INVOICE
You will receive 2 emails to the email registered in the registration form with:
1. Invoice of your order.
2. Ticket with a QR code to register at the congress
6. PRINT YOUR TICKET
Print the email with the ticket and the QR code for your registration at the congress. Please, remember to bring your identification (ID or passport)
