Developing her work as a Pedagogical Advisor at aulaPlaneta, she captures the needs and motivations of the schools that work with aulaPlaneta’s tools and internally articulates the necessary improvement to support teachers and the management team in educational transformation.
She works on designing, organising, coordinating and delivering training courses and seminars, face-to-face and online, on active methodologies and teaching strategies for teachers of schools and for the International University of Valencia.
She works with teachers, accompanying them in the process of practically applying the strategies and methodologies worked on during training in the classroom, making observations, conducting evaluations and providing pedagogical advice.
She actively participates in identifying teachers’ needs for the subsequent design and development of digital content and tools.
